Meet Beth Abrahams
Every woman has a story - a journey of resilience, growth, and self-discovery. Beth’s up and down journey led her here, to the work of guiding women back to their power. Beth is a passionate Transformational Coach and Reiki energy healer committed to guiding women from self-doubt to self-mastery. Certified by Conscious Education, she blends neuroscience, energy work, and mindset coaching to help women step into their highest potential.
With over 14 years immersing & studying a myriad of wellness avenues, including ancient yoga philosophy, and many mindset courses, her approach is deeply intuitive & heart-centered. The focal point of her existence is to TRANSFORM & to LEAD. (It’s even written in her astrology, numerology and human design!)
To be able to share transformational work is to have fully & deeply experienced the metamorphosis. Beth has walked through heartbreak, unworthiness, self-doubt, rejection and many versions of reinvention. She once had it all - or so it seemed...
A thriving career in high-end hospitality, a curated life that looked perfect from the outside. But behind the polished smiles and relentless ambition, Beth was drowning. Alcohol, depression, burnout—it was a cycle that couldn’t escape her. In this overworked and disconnected self Beth walked into a narcissistic marriage that mirrored all the deep wounds within her. A short time after a beautiful baby was born and in a matter of months everything was unveiled....
Not in the soft, glowing way people describe. It was raw. It was confronting. It forced Beth to stop running from the one person she had avoided facing her entire life - herself. For over a decade, she had been a personal development junkie, convinced something was wrong with her. Searching for answers in books, mentors, natural medicine, breath work, yoga - desperately trying to pin point something, find a piece of trauma, that would release and

But nothing worked. Until Beth came across a cutting edge transformational program Conscious Education. Beth was so inspired by their teachings she became one of their first international coaches.
