For over 14 years, Beth has immersed herself in a myriad of wellness and coaching programs, particularly drawn to mindset work, with the underlying motive that something was wrong with her.
After completing countless programs—each one seeming to hold the magical ingredient to ‘fix’ her—there was always growth and insights gained. However, shortly after, Beth would find herself falling back into that familiar space of panic, once again feeling that something was still wrong… and so the journey continued. University, yoga study, breathwork, and dabbling in many different healing modalities became part of her path.
The day Beth stopped looking for answers was the day she allowed in the following words—and she invites others to really feel them too: “I am NOT broken, and do NOT need fixing.” A new perspective, clear-cut guidance, and focused truth became her compass through her life coaching certification with Conscious Education.
